Dolphin Gun Company was formed several years ago by Mik Maksimovic and Pete Hobson, both well know and competitive F Class shooters, who have both been involved in shooting for many years.

Both Mik and Peter come from Engineering backgrounds and decided to set up Dolphin Gun Company to initially assist them with their own hobby of competitive shooting. We both felt that the time frame and cost of shooting in the UK could be improved upon. Dolphin Gun Company is a Division of Hobson Industries.
From Hobby Gunsmithing and preparing our own Rifles and equipment we have progressed to building rifles for other shooters and assisting them with preparing themselves for competitive shooting.
As you will see from the website our areas of rifle work are reasonably limited. We will not undertake any works on Firearms unless we have the tooling, equipment and experience to complete the task to our own high standards. If we cannot assist you then we will happily recommend someone that we feel will be able to.

Ballistics Testing
Offering Ballistics testing for research and development purposes to Stanag, NIJ and V50 testing of composite and steel materials. Includeing High speed photography and Certifiable Results of tests.
